Dill Chicken

 Dill Chicken Recipe

This recipe is very easy to alter to adjust to different size portions depending on how many people you need to feed. For the example below I was cooking for 2 people.

2 Chicken Breasts (you can also use chicken thighs instead)

1 Large can of Cream of Chicken Soup

1 Stick of Butter

3 Tablespoons of Four

1/2 Cup of Milk

Potatoes

Dill for seasoning

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2: Saute half of the stick of butter in a pan-I used a cast iron pan so I could also put it in the oven

Step 3: Dust chicken with flour and then add the floured chicken into pan with melted butter. Saute each side until golden brown-about 4 minutes each side

Step 4: Remove chicken from the pan and add the whole can of cream of chicken soup and mix in the 1/2 cup of milk.

Step 5: Add chicken back into the same pan and make sure it is covered with the soup mixture. Then sprinkle with dill.

Step 6: Place uncovered pan into the oven and bake for 30-45 minutes until chicken is cook through. While the chicken is cooking in the oven boil potatoes to make mashed potatoes to your liking.

Step 7: ENJOY!

Sadly my computer will not let me add pictures for some reason so I will be working on that so  you can see the different steps.  *UPDATE* Please see my Facebook page for pictures. www.facebook.com/suppersaver
